When you get to pass the service fees to the players, your tournament becomes very cost effective! The cost to set up a tournament is $25 USD and you must pay this within 5 business days otherwise your tournament will self-delete. You can re-instate your deleted tournament by contacting us at support@pickleball.com. Service fees for the players are $5 USD per event with a cap of $10. A pro event costs $25 for each event. If you would like to advertise a tournament with us only, it is $500 and does not include access to our registration features. In an ad-only tournament, competing software cannot be used. If it is, your tournament will be deleted and the $500 fee is non refundable.
There are also optional fees like texting. In the U.S., it is currently $0.25 per player (not per text) to add our texting service.
