How the "Club Discount" option works

When setting up your Club, you may want to provide a discount to Club members.  

WARNING!!!

This is ONLY available if the player is a member of your Club used to create your tournament.  This DOESN'T pull up if you have a membership number in the player profile

To set up the discount, head to your 3-line menu and select "Edit Tourney" and then "Registration Cost":

Once added, this will give a discounted rate to everyone who is a member of your Club in our software, not a member of the organization of Lifetime.  

As an example, here is a location that created a tournament:

If the player is not a member of this individual Club, they will not get the discounted rate:

The distinction is important to know that Club discount is based on the Club in our software and not the Club Membership with Lifetime.  The Club Member number being added into the player profile is important for tournaments that are Sanctioned by Lifetime and require a player to be a Club Member to be able to even sign up.
