How to Refund a Player through Stripe

Once logged into your tournament, head to the "Attendees" tab:



To see all the players that are listed as being "owed" funds, you can do a search here:



Once the player is located, click on the "menu" button to the left of their name and select "Give Refund" from the list:



Scroll to the right using the slider bar at the bottom of the page and then click on the "Refund" button to process a refund through Stripe:

The box that appears will allow you to refund any amount you wish.  It is important to keep in mind that the listed service fee amount we collect is NOT refundable, so refunding this amount will come out of your own collected money.  


Hit the "Give Refund" button and the software will send a request to Stripe to process the refund and will record this in our system.


IMPORTANT: If you process a refund for a player directly through Stripe and not through our software, the refund will not be recorded in the tournament listing.  You can use the "record a refund" option to add it in manually if you choose.
